Fisher® Z500 severe service ball valves feature a simplistic two-piece floating ball design with integral and optional removable metal seats providing tight shutoff in high temperature, high pressure and erosive applications. DEMCO - Concentric disc rubber seated butterfly valves. The seat is a non-collapsing cartridge type rubber encapsulated phenolic back up ring. The disc do not have any drive pins attaching the disc to the shafts as with other designs, thus eliminating a potential product failure due to corrosion or vibration.
