The Emerson Fisher™ V500 Eccentric Plug Valve for furnace feed applications was designed with direct Customer feedback to address erosive flows at high temperature. The Fisher™ FIELDVUE™ DVC6200 Digital Valve Controller keeps the flow rate tightly controlled. Emerson KTM and Emerson Vanessa™ isolation valves combined with Emerson electric and pneumatic actuators, Topworx switches, and ASCO solenoids provide tight shut off and emergency shut down of the furnace feed process.
