Our Technicians follow repair procedures that are performed to OEM specifications and Manufacturer’s recommendations. As part of our pre-outage work package reviews, we review the site’s procedures to ensure that they meet these standards.

We provide online portals to access repair reports, valve information, and, during outages, real-time status tracking.

In our shops, we utilize an online portal system for reporting where techs record data throughout the tear down and rebuilding process. Techs will record data such as: initial pop/final pop, as found tolerances/ as left tolerances, material numbers, orifice designation, pictures of parts (before and after) as well as recommendations for future repairs to the valve. This information is then uploaded into a portal that allows up to 10 individuals at the customer site to view and track valve repairs that have been completed. This data is easily accessible and is often used to simplify the compliance auditing process.
